I thought this might be a good
time to take a moment and compliment your company on EZ Filing.
Your program has saved me substantial time over the product I
had been using, and has in fact been one of the most
thorough software programs I have had occasion to own and use
over the years.
That said, is not uncommon that I
cannot figure out how a particular operation is done, and I must
then resort to tech support calls. Which brings me to another
outstanding aspect of your organization: your support people are
extraordinary in that they are invariably quick, pleasant and
knowledgeable, never giving one the impression they are fumbling
through manuals which start with "step 1, ask the customer if is
the machine turned on" nor ending with a suggestion that a drive
be reformatted.
Yours is one of a few support
telephone numbers I dial without an undercurrent of anxiety
